Business name: Diogo Costa, trading as Atelier Parma (sole trader)
-
Registered address: Rua General Humberto Delgado n30A esc4, Torre da Marinha, Seixal, Portugal
-
NIF (Portuguese tax number): 250382318

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm this is the case.
3. Products and Pricing
-
All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing, but we don't guarantee they are error-free.
-
Prices are displayed in EUR (our settlement currency). Other currencies shown (e.g., USD) are for display convenience only, converted at prevailing exchange rates — the actual charge to your payment method is processed in EUR, and your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion and fees.
-
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.
-
Product images are for illustrative purposes; natural materials (e.g., rattan, travertine, ceramic) may vary slightly in color, veining, and texture from what's pictured.
4. Orders and Acceptance
-
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you an order confirmation email.
-
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, in which case we'll notify you and issue a refund if payment was already taken.
5. Payment
-
Payments are processed via Wix Payments and/or the third-party payment providers made available at checkout.
-
By providing payment details, you confirm you're authorized to use that payment method.
-
We do not store your full payment card details; these are handled by our payment processor(s) in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled via a third-party logistics partner from US-based warehouses. See our separate Shipping & Returns Policy for delivery timeframes, shipping costs, and international shipping terms.
7. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Full details, including how to exercise this right and any exceptions, are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
For customers outside the EU, our return policy (as stated in the Shipping & Returns Policy) applies unless local law grants you broader rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design — is owned by or licensed to Atelier Parma and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written permission.
9. User Accounts
If you create an account via our Members Area, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at lstmaximalist@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
-
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems;
-
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation (including via bots, scraping, or malicious code);
-
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelier Parma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
12. Third-Party Services
The Site is built on the Wix platform and may use third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, though we select them with reasonable care.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a US consumer or a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain any mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the law of your own country or state that cannot be waived by contract. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing resolution, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that entitle you to bring proceedings in your own country.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
-
Fulfillment model: Atelier Parma products are shipped via our fulfillment partner, Zendrop, from US-based warehouses. All products in our catalog are sourced and stocked within the United States — we do not ship from overseas suppliers.
-
Primary market: We currently focus on serving customers within the United States. If you're ordering from outside the US, please contact us at lstmaximalist@gmail.com before ordering to confirm we can ship to your location.
-
Processing time: Orders are typically processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Processing may take up to 5 business days during high-demand or peak periods (e.g., holidays).
-
Delivery times: Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 5–10 business days. To account for possible carrier delays, high-demand periods, or occasional restocking at our fulfillment partner, please allow up to 30 days from order confirmation for delivery in rare cases. If your order is going to take significantly longer than expected, we'll do our best to notify you.
-
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
-
Order tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.
-
Lost or delayed items: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of confirmation, contact us at lstmaximalist@gmail.com and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier, and arrange a replacement or refund if the order is confirmed lost.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return:
-
Contact us at lstmaximalist@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
-
We'll send you return instructions. Because our products are fulfilled through a third-party US warehouse network, the return address and process may vary by product — please wait for our instructions rather than shipping items back without confirmation.
-
Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition, unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
-
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping or waive the return entirely at our discretion.
-
Once your return is received and inspected (or, for low-value items, once approved without requiring physical return), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions — the following are not eligible for return unless defective:
-
Made-to-order, personalized, or custom items
-
Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you additionally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right exists alongside — and does not reduce — the 30-day return policy above; where the two differ, whichever is more favorable to you applies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at lstmaximalist@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and in most cases you won't need to return the original item.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, initiate a return for the original and place a new order — reach out to us and we'll try to make this as smooth as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge before they've been processed by our fulfillment partner (typically within 1–3 business days of ordering). Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
